Moon4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or for operational and legal reasons. Any balance in an account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to an inactive account administration fee of RM5 per month or the account balance, whichever is lower. moon4d will send an email notice before this fee is applied.
